The market is still on fire🔥 with only 2 months of inventory in manatee county its still a strong sellers market but, buyers shouldn't be afraid of inflated interest rates. Buyers should use interest rates to their advantage when negotiating and refi when rates go back down, while sellers can still take advantage of higher home values. win win across the board!

Buy now win later! EQUITY, a term you don't hear while renting. When renting you are building equity for your landlord. When you own you build your own equity simple as that. Even with higher interest rates it's still a great time to buy. You can marry the house, date the rate for now and refinance later when rates go down.
