I wanted to congratulate my sweet buyers who just closed on their beautiful new home! They moved to this area from St. Pete to be closer to family and their sister who just had a baby!
So happy for them! I know they'll love it here (although I may be a little partial). I know this time of COVID-19 can be a challenge for buying homes but thankfully the process went quickly and smoothly. I was just sad I couldn't be there to give them a big hug at the closing table. So thankful to get to work with this wonderful family and I know they'll love living here once they're able to get out and explore the area a bit!!! ❤️🏡🎉

Toured the Waterside Place construction area. Many new waterfront restaurants and shops coming. So far they have Kilwins, Foundation Coffee Co, So fresh and the Yoga Shack as well as Players Centre for the Performing Arts. Water taxi out of Lakehouse Cove. Can’t wait! This is going to be awesome! If anyone wants to take a tour of Lakehouse Cove or the Waterside communities to see what all the excitement is about let me know! Waterfront living in a unique, community setting.
