Here’s one amazing kitchen in the end. We are still waiting for the laminate delivery. Before and After!! The angles that were in every corner took up so much space it was wasted. We squared up the corners that entered into the living room. So much space now and a very functioning kitchen now. You can do it! IKEA cabinets in black, custom countertop to follow.

Who doesn’t want their mobile home to feel like a stick built home? Here’s a project we just did. Board and batten walls but not for the beginner unless you love challenges. We are removing the fishbowl windows not only for privacy but to be more energy efficient. Stay tuned with us as we have more to come on this mobile home renovation. We are siding with board and batten and adding a fabulous kitchen.

Many more tasks have been accomplished on this flip since I’ve last posted but I haven’t posted them. All the windows have now been replaced, one door is in waiting until my partner is fully recovered which is very soon. 😀

It’s been a few days and boy have things changed! Completely painted outside, roof carport painted, front landscaping done. Lanai posts painted waiting for screen delivery in August. Taking the day off tomorrow to relax. Whew 🥵it’s been so hot working outside. Happy 4th of July everyone! 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸
