❤️ A Huge Thank You to Family Pools of Sarasota! ❤️

I had the honor of picking up a generous donation from FAMILY POOLS, a truly remarkable local business, in support of our KW Coastal Living II, KW Cares RED DAY event.

Family Pools, owned by two Sarasota-born brothers Max and Paul Lautenschlager is more than just a pool company — they’re a family-run business that lives the values of community, integrity, and service.

They not only build stunning custom pools with their own team and equipment, but they also build up the community around them.

Their contribution to Beds For Kids, Inc through RED Day will help provide much-needed beds for children in our area — and that kind of impact is what community is all about.

Paula Jones and I had the pleasure of visiting their office recently, and let me tell you—Blake’s passion for going above and beyond isn’t just a business motto, it’s who he is. His dedication to exceptional service, both for his clients and the community, is truly inspiring. 🙌

We are incredibly grateful to both Blake and Ashley for their generous donation to Beds for Kids, Inc. in support of KW Coastal Living II's Red Day. ❤️

Now, we have to share a little story Blake told us—because it’s just too good. 😄

When Hurricane Ian hit, Blake was asked if he could help move supplies. Thinking he was just helping out casually, he showed up in a tank top and shorts… only to find himself in front of a group Keller Williams Realtors. 😅

But that wasn’t even the best part. When he realized the U-Haul they were going to use couldn’t fit all the generators, Blake didn’t hesitate—he went to get one of his large moving trucks to find out he had to clear out the contents first. clearing out the contents first. Brought it back packed it up and he and one other made the trip to Cape Coral. What should’ve been a three-hour round road trip turned into nine hours. He just did what needed to be done.
That, friends, is heart. That is community💪
And Blake’s not done—Sunshine Movers donates a portion of every move to support local causes.
That kind of consistent, behind-the-scenes generosity is what truly makes a difference.
