Wanted to Thank both my Seller's and Buyer's for this sale on a gorgeous 6.3 acres with 3/2 block home on Lake Manatee. Lake Manatee only has 52 lots on it, and has motor restrictions, but is regulated by the Dam. It is still Summer but it is a Faul season!!!
FYI....I'm getting a new listing on Lake Manatee next week with a 3/2 bath house a Barn and a second outbuilding on 5 acres. Hit me up if interested.
