So excited for my Buyer. Just closed on this gorgeous 31 acre parcel on the Braden River for $1.35 mil. Has its own boat ramp, 3 bd/2ba house, 2 barns, a pole barn and all on the Braden River. We will be selling off a few parcels (vacant lots, house) if anyone has interest let me know asap as these will hit the open market soon.
