Another successful closing! 🎉 I had to fight with a solar panel leasing company that was trying to strong arm my client. In the end, they agreed to our terms and I was able to save my client some money! 💵 A happy day indeed!

We put a SOLD sign on this lovely lady’s condo and she is now having the time of her life at Discovery Village At Sarasota Bay! Even though she had major oral surgery the day before, she couldn’t help but smile ❤️ One of her favorite things in her new home is working out every day at the fitness center… She says she feels so much more active and social again! It was a great joy helping her sell her home so she can fully enjoy this new chapter of her life ☺️🏡🥂
