Trusting the process looks a little like this 👷🏼‍♀️

Our project started as just cabinetry design and turned into a full home renovation and furnishings all because our client leaned in and let us do what we do best.

She gives her final approvals, but always says, “I’m going to defer to you” and that kind of trust is where the real magic happens.

When clients let us lead, we get to design freely and create spaces that exceed what they ever pictured.

A lot has been happening at our ✨NEW✨ Design Studio + Showroom!

New displays are being installed, fresh furniture is arriving, and we’ve been unboxing the prettiest samples to build out a full library of materials.

This space is all about making the design process more collaborative, more inspiring, and a whole lot more fun. We can’t wait to host client meetings, pull together concepts, and bring designs to life in a space that feels just as curated as the homes we create.

Since 2024 is coming to a close, you know me and I have to make the year end post about the amazing things that happened. Now don’t get me wrong, there were some really tough things that also happened this year, but if you know anything about me it’s that I like to see the bright side of everything! ☀️

January marks 4 years of and let’s just say 2024 has been our best yet. We opened our little design studio in Bradenton and have loved having a space for the team to work and for our clients to visit. Taking on a physical space is a big commitment but it has been perfect for the growth of OHC!

This past year we technically only wrapped up a few projects, but we have 12 currently in the works from kitchen/bathroom remodels, full furnishing projects, whole home renovations, and a custom new build! It’s been so great working with our trusted contractors and builders and making these client dreams come true. 😍

While the hurricanes made a huge impact on our area, I’m so fortunate to be able to help those affected with our team’s skill and focus. We have been working diligently with many of our clients to make them whole again ASAP. I’m proud of our team’s ability to adapt and be flexible throughout this whole year!

All this to say, I’m so proud of where OHC is and where we are going. To think I didn’t even think having this business and career were possible a few years ago to being able to exclusively do what I love. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of the OHC growth! Seriously, our design can only take us so far, it’s your referrals, collaboration, and interaction that makes this happen!

Here’s to 2025 where even more exciting things are on the horizon! 🎉
