Briarcliff Construction and Inspection LLC K.C. Corigliano is a Certified Building Contractor with 34 years in the building industry and 30 years with the State Florida License CBC 032088.

I'm the inspector that banks and lenders send out when a new home is under construction and the builder needs funds (called a "draw"). I determine how much money the lender will advance him based on the amount of work completed. I do not determine if the work is done to code, I leave that to the building inspectors and engineers. I make sure that I get to the job site when I am requested, complete

my inspection, file my reports and photos all within 24 hours. This keeps the job flowing and people paid in a timely manner. I have been doing this for 8 years in Manatee and Sarasota Counties.
