We’re seeing a 26% increase in active listings, but sales are down nearly 10% compared to last year. Prices are drifting lower, but days on market may be leveling out.

If you've ever played sports, you know the value that a truly great coach can bring. It's not just technique or strategy, it's motivation, It's resilience, It's wisdom and perspective.

I've found that applies to business as well. .pinneo has been my coach for a few years now and I'm honored to host him at the Birmingham Investor Social on the 24th of this month.

Greg is hard to explain. He's a sommelier of real estate. He knows finance, negotiation, and entrepreneurship inside out and upside down.
