Originally from northern New Jersey, Ray's background as a Controller and Chief Financial Officer is the perfect precursor to his career in the real estate industry. With the company's Lakewood Ranch office, Ray works
to provide his clients with the highest level of customer service, listening to their wants and needs, and communicating every step of the way. With a strong background in finance, Ray is a fierce contract negotiator and refuses to “leave a penny on the table”. He has also bought and sold numerous properties and contracted for additions and renovations so he knows first-hand the intricacies of the buying, selling, and remodeling process. He has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Economics at Rutgers University. With a mind for more than numbers, Ray is a professional guitarist and considers himself a “terminal beginner” at golf. He also supports The Food Pantry because children should never go hungry and the Wildlife Conservation Society, believing that protecting our planet is critical to our future. Ray enjoys traveling with friends and family while sampling the best Italian restaurants along the way. Family is extremely important to him and he's been married to his wife for 35 years. They are proud of their two sons, a New York attorney and a Supply Chain Analyst with Amazon.
