🍞 My newest adventure…sourdough!
I decided to try making sourdough bread from Einkorn flour completely from scratch, and I had no idea how many steps were involved! 😂

Feed the starter. Wait. Mix. Wait. Stretch and fold. Wait some more. Stretch and fold and waiting a couple more times. Shape it. Wait again. And finally…BAKE!

I’m still learning, but I have to say, there’s something really satisfying about slowing down and making something from beginning to end. And that first warm slice makes all the waiting worth it. ❤️

I think this loaf turned out pretty good for a beginner! What do you think?

Any sourdough experts out there? I’ll gladly take your tips!
And because apparently I can find a life lesson in just about anything…sourdough reminded me that good things often take a little time, patience, and the right ingredients.

Come to think of it, finding the right home can be a little like that too. 🏡

But today, I’m just enjoying the bread. 😊

What a Day! 🏡❤️🏡
Today was one of those days that reminds me why I love what I do.
I had the incredible privilege of representing both the buyer and the seller in the sale of a home and then helping the seller close on her next home the very same day!
Watching one chapter close while another begins is something truly special. Being trusted to guide both sides through a successful transaction, and then hand the seller the keys to her new home, is an honor I don't take lightly.
To my amazing clients, thank you for placing your confidence in me throughout this journey. It has been a joy celebrating with each of you, and I wish you nothing but happiness as you begin this exciting new chapter.
There is nothing better than helping people move forward with confidence and excitement. Days like today remind me that real estate is about so much more than buying and selling homes. It's about serving people through life's biggest transitions.

I'm so excited for my buyers! They had a very specific list of must-haves for their family, and this home checked every single box. There is nothing better than helping clients find the place that truly feels like home.

Now we move through inspections, financing, and all the details that lead to the finish line. I can't wait to celebrate with them on closing day and hand them the keys to the next chapter of their lives!

One of my favorite things about living in this area is discovering amazing locally owned businesses. 💗

I recently had the chance to visit The Laughing Flamingo Café on Anna Maria Island, and I have to say... the ice cream is the best I've ever had! 🍦
