Hi Everyone! While building our Florida client base we have found there is a HUGE need for other real estate related services!
📦 When someone buys a new home, they have not moved in yet, they are still living states away BUT they want to start shipping items... They need somebody to simply get the items off their front porch and secure them inside.
🔨 Then, some of those delivered small furniture items need put together.
👨🔧 Many services such as turning on utilities, appliance deliveries, furniture deliveries, etc. need someone to be present but the home owner is too far away or simply can't take the day off work. Let's not talk about the dreaded arrival window of time.
🛒 Who wants to drive 20+ hours either for a new home or seasonal living to then have to go to the grocery store? Having someone that could pick up your grocery pick up order for you AND put it away in the fridge/freezer.
🔎 When someone owns a seasonal home but they want somebody to check on it once in awhile to be sure there are no leaks or issues that need attention.
😌 Once a home owner arrives to their seasonal home there is immediate work to do such as putting the patio furniture out or even setting up the Christmas Tree.
🙌 But it would be so nice after those long travels to just walk through the door and everything is ready for you!
