Team members at the ICON North and South Corporate Offices assembled more than 300 backpacks for kids in need as part of . 192 were assembled by the North office, and they benefited HOPE Family Services in Bradenton. The other 120 were assembled by the South office and were distributed to Crossroads Hope Academy, Orange River Elementary, Bayshore Elementary, and Babcock Ranch Schools by Pastor Matthew Shapton. JOB TITLE: Host/Hostess

Essential Job Functions:
• Greet incoming and departing Guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; es**rt them to assigned dining area; present menus; announce server's name
• Use visual cues to seat Guests in either the bar or dining area depending on their preference
• Inform Guest of current promotion and who will be serving them to ensure a smooth handoff to the service staff
• Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service

You will assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in supervising food production and prep tasks while ensuring the quality and cost standards are maintained. Essential Job Functions:
• Ensure the kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards.
• Memorize and utilize serving portion sizes and all basic meal prep procedures used in the kitchen.
• Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product based on a schedule created by the restaurant.
• Work with the Team to do portion prep work.
• Prepare basic components of each dish using our proven recipes.

Educations/Certificates/Licenses/Training:
• Current food handlers permit.

Experience/Background/Knowledge/Skills:
• Two (2) years cooking or kitchen experience strongly preferred
• High level of professionalism.

• Turns orders into kitchen and explains any special cooking instructions with accurate abbreviations.

Job Title: Snack Bar Attendant (Part-Time/Full-Time)
Reports : Food and Beverage Supervisor/ Manager/Director
Compensation: $10-$12/hour plus gratuity

Position Summary:
The Snack Bar Attendant is responsible for performing a variety of duties within a snack bar/food establishment which may include completing customer transactions, cleaning the foods or stock areas, assisting in the snack bar, maintaining inventory, completing orders, maintaining spreadsheets and performing all other responsibilities as directed by management.

Essential Job Functions:
- Directs and oversees general upkeep and custodial duties in all snack bar areas; assures proper cleaning techniques with Health Department guidelines are utilized; develop and maintain records for Health Department in regards to food safety procedures
- Plans, a cost-effective snack bar menu, ensuring the stand operates efficiently and provides quality foods and services; listens to customer requests for new products or alternatives to include in the snack bar and makes the snack bar runs effectively
- Perform other related duties as required

Educations/Certificates/Licenses/Training:
- High School Diploma/ GED required
- Associate’s Degree Preferred

Experience/Background/Knowledge/Skills:
- Customer Service or retail experience required – kitchen experience preferred
