Everywhere you look today, everything is getting more expensive. If you are buying or selling a home today, the most crucial factor is how much of your money you are keeping in your wallet. Paying $30,000 commission on a $500,000 home is NOT your best option.

You are trying to place an offer that the Seller has confidence in accepting and moving on to their next steps. The highest offer may not always be the best terms for the Sellers.
