I just read an article stating that the pool of First-Time Buyers are making up the highest share of home purchases since last spring--- that is 34% of existing home purchases in February.
I am currently working with a handful of first time home buyers and I have to say, the questions did not come up until we met in person and talked. Starting the process of buying a home has to first start with a relationship that can then be built on to make a plan. Sure it can happen with a one time call for a showing, but this market isn't going to wait for these folks to get their #@$% together! I have to say it is rewarding working with these soon to be home owners😉

🏡Mortgage rates just dropped below 6%, matching 2022 lows🤸‍♂️🤸‍♀️
