Finally 🥹

This client had been looking to buy for a quite a bit and was ecstatic to find a home that checked all the boxes back in June. However, the buyer financing for the home she was selling fell through and she was forced to back out 👀 As disappointing as it was, she didn't give up and neither did her persistent agent, Nancy Macomber! Together they found another property that fit her needs and, with the help of Jamie Smith, got her current home back under contract. We got these deals closed simultaneously in less than 30 days 🎉

A *little late* but just wanted to publicly congratulate Will and Amber on their simultaneous sale and purchase of a new home in Maine! When they first moved back to New England a few years ago, Michelle Foss found them a wonderful home that worked for the time but a few years changes things! With a growing family and desire to be closer to their church community, Will came to me back in the summer thinking it'd be about a year before they found a place. Fast forward and we were able to get Will, Amber, and their four kids into their new home right before Christmas 🎄

That’s why I truly don’t take it for granted when friends and family ask for my help or refer anyone to me. It means so much to be trusted with such a huge financial decision and it means a lot to have people in my corner advocating for me and referring people to me.

One of the best things about what I do, is being able to show people what’s possible for them. This client came with a tight timeline and a less-than-conventional employment history, which made this a difficult loan for other banks to approve. With so many different options as a broker, I was thankfully able to access a lender who worked well for Mike’s situation and we got it done! 👏🏼

WOOHOO!! Love to see old friends get into new homes! Huge congratulations to Kacey and Ryan + fam for the purchase of their condo. You could've given up after multiple offers and a contract that didn't go through, but you kept at it! So glad we got to work on this journey together 😍
