Justin Rollo has been working on something for the New Year and wanted to share it here.
Braintree Giveback is a simple idea: when we help someone buy or sell a home in Braintree, we give back to the community.
For any deal in town, we’re donating up to $2,000 per transaction to local organizations and youth sports. If you refer us to a deal outside of Braintree, we’ll still donate $500 to a Braintree-based group.
The goal is to donate a total of $26,000 in 2026. I’ll be tracking our progress publicly as we go so you can see the impact we're making.
I want to be real, though—this program won't work without help from people like you. Whether it's a referral or just spreading the word, it all goes toward that $26k goal for town organizations.
I’d also love to open this up to other local business owners or even other real estate agents in town. If you’re interested in matching funds or participating in any way to help us hit this goal for Braintree, please reach out. I’d love to find ways to make the impact even bigger.
A lot of you sent over great recommendations for local groups—thank you. The full list of organizations I’m considering is in the first comment, and I’ll be narrowing it down to about 10–15 for the 2026 version of the program soon. You’ll even get to choose which organization the donation from your deal goes to.
