This one feels extra special. 🥹🏡❤️

When you already love your home, it takes something pretty perfect to make you leave it behind—and for these friends of mine, it had to be the right house, in the right neighborhood, surrounded by the community they already love so much.

And we found it. ✨

Their dream neighborhood, a beautiful home for this next chapter, and quite literally a field across the street for their soccer-loving kids. ⚽️ It just feels like one of those homes that was meant for them.

Some home purchases are about finding a house. This one was about finding 🏡✨ THE house✨

After almost two years of searching, we finally found the perfect home for my buyer and the perfect place for her next chapter in life. It couldn’t be just any property — it had to be the one. And when we found it, we knew. ❤️

If that’s wasn’t a win itself, we were able to negotiate a large amount off the asking price with it only being on the market just a short while.

That doesn’t happen by accident. It takes market knowledge, research, strategy, persistence, and strong communication between agents to put together a deal that works for everyone involved.

But honestly, the biggest win is seeing my buyer finally get the home she had been waiting for. After nearly two years of looking, watching, waiting and wondering if we’d ever find it — we did. 🥹❤️

The first purchase can feel overwhelming, and my job is to make sure my clients never feel like they’re navigating it alone.

After more than 10 years as a Realtor and decades of real estate experience, I’ve learned that no two transactions are ever the same. Inspections, negotiations, unexpected issues, last-minute curveballs. There’s no situation I can’t navigate with my clients.
