When writing an offer a Massachusetts Real Estate Agent must provide the purchaser with the FACTS for CONSUMER INFORMATION SHEET advising the buyer to entertain a Home Inspection. The form does not have a place for the Consumer signature or the Agent's Signature.

I modified mine to include a signature and and a place to indicate if the accepted or waived an inspection. It is a good idea to have a signature waiving an inspection. Please feel free to use my form to help protect yourself.
