A visionary leader and attorney, Bob is a co-founder and Past-Chair of Mass-ALA who has shaped the landscape of senior housing for over three decades. As a pioneer in the field, he helped draft the state's foundational assisted living regulations and developed one of the very first communities under those new guidelines.

Under his leadership, SLR was created on the foundational belief that seniors deserve a high-quality residential alternative paired with exceptional care, delivered by an employee team that is deeply valued and well treated. Through this employee-first and mission-driven approach, SLR has enjoyed incredible organic business growth and lasting financial success.
