Larken Associates just wrapped up our annual Back-to-School Giveaway! 🎒 This year, 50 residents across our residential portfolio received a backpack filled with school supplies to help students start the year prepared.

The giveaway is one of many ways we give back through our initiatives, including volunteer trips to Guatemala through From Houses to Homes, our Larken Cares Drive, our partnership with America's Grow-A-Row, and more. 💚

Nacho belongs to Victor R., our new Director of Human Resources, who we’re thrilled to welcome to the Larken team! While Victor settles into his new role, Nacho has been settling into office life too—meeting his four-legged coworkers, making new friends and getting familiar with his new surroundings. 🐶💼

Having our furry friends join us at work is just one of the perks of and part of what makes our pet-friendly corporate office such a fun and welcoming place to be.
