I have been majorly slacking on my social media but to be fair I have been super busy!

On March 11th we closed 102 Severn’s St in Elizabethtown.

On April 9th we closed 6810 Greenwood Rd
AND my clients also closed on their new home in Indiana (thank you so much Lori Lopez for helping out with that one)

And then not pictured, but pictures soon to come, my buyers closed on their future home on Wednesday April 15th.

Last but not least - we are officially under contract for my buyers and we just started looking yesterday!! We found the perfect home for them day one of looking 🤩.

This tweet went viral because deep down everyone knows it's true but nobody wants to hear it.

We've been conditioned to believe that the "perfect time to buy" is when rates are at historic lows.

But history tells us something completely different.
Low rates don't create opportunity...they create chaos.

The last time rates were in the 3s we saw the most competitive housing market in a generation.

People were writing love letters to sellers just to get a shot.

Waiving every contingency imaginable. Paying way over asking and still losing.
