📚✨ Supporting amazing clients goes beyond closing days; sometimes it looks like cheering them on in their creative wins too.

I recently finished reading The 7 Swords by J.O. Farrow. Written by one of my wonderful clients and I truly enjoyed it. While fantasy isn’t usually my go-to genre, this story pulled me in and reminded me how powerful it is when someone follows their passion and shares it with the world.

One of the best parts of what I do is getting to work with such talented, inspiring people. So proud to support my clients both in real estate and beyond. 💛

Closing days are the best days. 🏡✨

This one took a little longer than expected… but they trusted me, they trusted the process, and in the end; they got the price they wanted.

Sometimes the wait is worth it to get the outcome you truly want.

Savannah isn’t just a client; she’s like family. Watching her grow into her career (and now helping her through this chapter) has been such a full-circle moment for me.

January 2026-showed houses on New Years Day. Negotiated & got my Irvington listing under contract,while I was in Key West🌴(yes I work on vacation).Showed land(In the cold🥶) & got it under contract. My Kingswood listing is under contract❤️. My listings have had a couple showings during this crazy snow❄️! Tried to negotiate on a dream house 🏡that’s contingent for my buyers but will not advise them to forgo inspections ever✋! Still have listings that need buyers🙌!! Expecting big things for them this spring☀️! Some big showings for buyers coming up in Shepherdsville & Prospect.(yes I go there!)Need the perfect western KY home(Graves Co) for some repeat clients(know of anyone?👀)Have Ekron & Shepherdsville listings coming up soon!
