Can you believe a little over two years have come and gone? Tyler and Eric, I'm so happy for the both of you. I hope Ella loves her house and her neighborhood! Have you ever fallen in love with a house but went to scope the neighborhood and it just wasn’t for you? Many people make the mistake of NOT canvassing neighborhoods before purchasing!

〰️ Check the street lights and traffic patterns, at different times of day
〰️ Listen for loud noises, nearby trains, school zones, or construction
〰️ Pay attention to zoned schools, nearby parks, local attractions, and length of time to get to major interstates

There are many things to think about that have NOTHING to do with the house itself. Remember, you will be living there and you will be dealing with all of these neighboring factors!
