I feel for all of those affected by the storm that came though. This is the current situation at my office. A tree fell through part of the roof and destroyed my mom’s car back in July. The insurance finally gave the roofers approval to start right before the hurricane. Even with 4 layers of tarps water still came though and flooded all of the offices in the complex. We are trying to keep calm and work through it. As another broker I know said to all his neighbors who suffered damage that want to sell DON’T! As bad as it seems hang in there as the greedy investors are standing on the sidelines ready to give sellers nothing for their homes. Hold out, make repairs and breath. This too shall pass.

Closing day for Taylor & Colby! I am over the moon excited for these two! We toured I can’t tell you Jake many homes and submitted over a dozen offers. This over a two year span. They finally found the perfect one and all else fell into place. They stuck with me and me with them. Can’t wait to see what all they are going to do to make this their home.
