I'm so excited and happy for my friends Stacey & Ray on their purchase of this beautiful colonial in Meriden! Me and Ray go way back before I even got into real estate and has always been a dear friend. The process of finding, securing, and closing on their new home was anything but simple. Both addresses start with 13 👻
Both addresses are on a Highland Ave in separate towns
Both were listed on the same day 09/21/23,
Both were marked "under contract" on the same day 10/04..

and perhaps the least shocking of all..

A big congratulations to my client Weilin for closing on her beautiful condo in Middletown. She was referred by some past clients of mine which means the absolute world to me. There is no greater affirmation of my service than the trust from my clients to refer their friends & family to me. Weilin from the start was a joy to work with, patient, kind & understanding in a market that saw us write 6 very strong offers before finally getting one accepted on our 7th try. She never gave up on me nor I on her and here we are at the finish line with a happy homeowner. This photo brings me great joy 😊 Here's why. My kids' favorite TV show is the Magic School Bus and what I love about the show for my kids is when Ms. Frizzle says

"Take Chances, Make Mistakes, & Get Messy"

It's silly but I like to think I adopt that mantra in my life and although I've made for myself the life I've always dreamed of, I made a lot of mistakes along the way. And definitely made things get pretty messy.. One of those mistakes was leaving Carbutti & Co where I really flourished and switched to a company where I never felt like I ever fit into. I do think that was a mistake I needed to make to grow. But thankfully for me, Jonathan Carbutti is as gracious a guy as he is, and this last week he welcomed me back to his team. And after 7 offers across 6 months of looking, my buyer finally got an offer accepted a few days after I switched. I take that as a sign I made the right call, and I'm so happy for my buyer! Needless to say, I'm very excited to be back at Carbutti & Co. Realtors and grateful to represent this team again! This profession is so important to me and providing value for my clients is my number one priority, and I know now there's not a better place I can do that than here. 😊

SOLD!

Congratulations to my clients Mostafa and Sara for closing on this beautiful home in Prospect! This house checked every box they had and their excitement when they walked in was special. We worked very hard to craft an offer worthy of beating out a few others, and then to be able to call them and let them know they got this house was amazing. We hit a few bumps on the way to close but these two always called me before they freaked out and trusted me when I told them we were fine. Their trust in me to help them find this home as well as during the process is as high a compliment as I can receive. I am honored to have had such wonderful clients!
