The weirdest thing I have experienced in my role previously at Remax and now recruiting for RE/MAX ONE is agents who are 2-3 years in and have sold maybe a couple homes. There’s this mentality of like if I just do this one more social media post, or if I do one more networking event, then I’ll get the deals. It rarely materializes.

You should 100% be evaluating your brokerage on whether or not you’re getting a return on investment. It may inspire some tough conversations with yourself, but in an industry that is ready to charge you for everything, you have to protect your profitability.
