The best thing to do is to have your agent call theirs and see what the concerns are. Often enough, with a little goodwill and creativity, the bumps can be ironed out.

If your family financial plan calls for it, there isn't much stopping you from registering your home in the name of your underage kids. The downside is that minors may not be able to sell real property held in their name, so ask your agent how to deal with that if you think it's an issue.
