After helping hundreds of families buy homes, I've noticed something.

Most people spend their time looking at the house.

Very few spend enough time looking at the location.

They fall in love with:

The kitchen.
The vaulted ceilings.
The updated bathrooms.
The backyard.
The finishes.

Then five years go by.

The commute is exhausting.
The schools aren't what they hoped for.

Our long-time realtor retired at the end of last year and we had to find a new one. We met Kelly Cooper at an open house a couple of years ago and decided to list our condo with her.
