Coming soon...

The map says you’re in Kimberling City. The soul says you’ve finally arrived.

The Intel:
The Name: Table Rock Base Camp.
The Vibe: Elevated. Essential. Unapologetic.
The Status: Strictly off-market. For now.

"The best adventures don't start with a crowd. They start with a quiet realization that you’re exactly where you need to be."

We have some exciting news to share! As our family and our business have grown here in the Ozarks, we realized we wanted a name that truly captured the feeling of what we do.

Follis Property Management is officially becoming Gather & Stay.

While our commitment to meticulous care and local expertise hasn't changed, our new name reflects our true mission: creating beautiful spaces where families can gather together and stay awhile to make lasting memories.

To our owners: You’ll still receive the same dedicated, professional management you’ve always trusted from Jon and Abbie, just with a fresh new look!

To our guests: We can’t wait to welcome you to our properties under the Gather & Stay banner.

Thank you for being part of our journey. We’re just getting started!

✨ Gather Together. Stay Awhile. ✨
