Happy closing day to these sweet clients! What should have been a smooth and exciting final week took an unexpected turn after Springfield’s hail storm caused damage to their new home. We pushed closing back one week so a new roof, gutters, and quite a bit of siding could all be replaced before closing.

Through every delay and change, they stayed patient, positive, and incredibly gracious. Moments like this are a reminder that real estate is not always predictable, but having the right people working together makes all the difference.
