After missing out on a previous home because of competing offers, these buyers were starting to wonder when the right one would come along.

Then we heard a home in Branson was about to hit the market.

We made a plan and scheduled the very first showing at 8:00 a.m. The moment they walked in, they knew it was the one. We wrote the offer right away and it was accepted later that same day.

Persistence finally paid off and we’re officially under contract.

Sometimes the key in this market isn’t just speed. It’s being ready when the right opportunity shows up.

🍀 A buyer once told me, “If luck is on my side, I’ll find the perfect home.”

She truly believed that when the timing was right, a buyer would just show up and ask to purchase her house. I love optimism, but real estate usually works a little differently.

After talking through her goals, it became clear they had outgrown their space and she needed room to grow her business. The home she wanted was absolutely out there within her budget. What she needed wasn’t luck. She needed a plan.

So we made one. We prepared her home, listed it strategically, and started the search with purpose. Her home sold at the exact time the right next home became available.
