The Broderick's Beach House, LBI Cozy 2 family beach house located 5 homes from the ocean. Each residence has 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6, 1 bath, finished kitchen with all the eminities.

Washer and Dryer, share an outside shower, 2 BBQ's and picnic area in back of house. 2 parking spaces per unit. We provide beach badges, you provide linens.
