Nobody warns you that buying the house is only the beginning 😂🏡

You budget for the down payment.
You budget for closing costs.
You budget for the inspection and appraisal…

Then you get the keys and suddenly realize you need a NEW TOILET SEAT, a broom, a million cleaning supplies, new locks, basic tools, things for the kitchen, and apparently an entirely new refrigerator full of food. 😂

Okay, this one got me a little emotional 🥹

An agent who has been in real estate for 20+ years and had never even been to Georgia searched through multiple North Georgia agents and websites… and connected with mine because, in her words, it felt “genuine and professional” 🤍

My website is still very much a work in progress, so hearing that felt like the sweetest little validation that all the overthinking, tweaking and anxiety is actually building something people can feel 🌸🏡

And she didn’t need a sales pitch — she just needed to understand what life here could actually look like

So after listening to what mattered to her, I mapped out a tour through a few different towns with new construction, local furniture stores, some of the best restaurants, and the nearest hospitals so she could really get a feel for what her money — and her life — could look like here

That’s the part I love most
