•It is a stark reminder of how important it is to ensure the electrical system in your home is functioning as it should and that they are up to the current National Electric Code (NEC) standards.

Wood rot , Peeling paneling. Wood siding is susceptible to rot, mold, warping, and mildew in different ways. The average lifespan of wood siding is 8-10 years under average conditions. Wood siding average cost to replace : $9,000 - $18,750

Natural wood siding installations cost $6 to $12 per square foot on average. This was a good find for our customer, they were able to get the paneling replaced on their new home!!!
