We had our regional awards ceremony last week and I was the recepient of a Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Silver Award for my sales in 2024. I want to thank all my clients who helped make that possible last year and is the past. 2025 is off to a good start with 4 new listings, all now under contract or sold. Three of the 4 were under contract in the first week. This year appears to be another strong year and a great time to sell your home.
