Today I’m closing a chapter that means more to me than I can fully put into words.

In August of 2019, I opened SPM Property Inspections with a simple goal: to serve people honestly, professionally, and with integrity. What started as an idea turned into years of hard work, early mornings, late nights, and meaningful relationships with clients, agents, and fellow professionals who trusted me with one of the biggest investments of their lives.

I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who supported this business — every client who gave me an opportunity, every referral, every word of encouragement. You helped make this journey worth it.

While this chapter is coming to a close, it’s not ending out of failure or regret. Life has a way of calling us forward, and I have bigger plans ahead that require my full focus and commitment. With that comes the difficult but necessary decision to step away.

Thank you for believing in me, for allowing me into your homes, and for being part of this journey. I carry the lessons, relationships, and gratitude with me into what’s next.🙏

We serve the Brawley area, San Diego, Calexico, El Centro, Imperial, Holtville, Calipatria, Westmoreland, Indio, Coachella, La Quinta, Palm Desert ,Palm Springs and surrounding areas. We are more than happy to do home inspection and electrical services as well. Thank you for your interest.

Standard inspection is 375$ up to 2800 square feet. 50 additional 500 square feet.
Pool inspection 150.
Home inspection and pool 450$.
Apartment 350$ 100$ for additional building and 25$ per additional unit.

Friends and Family,

Due to the mandatory quarantine issued by our governor we have decided to take preventive measures to help stop the spread of COVID-19.

Since we created our company I made every effort to use all the tools at our disposal to create smooth transaction for our our clients and business associates. We offer clients the flexibility to use our online system to make payments, sign and view documents and use our interactive reporting system.

I’m happy to announce that although we are eliminating all close contact we will continue to provide services. We will use the same tools and other technologies available to interact with our clients and help them get through the home buying process.

We know this is important to you so it’s important to us.
