Just Sold! 🍾

Closed on this behemoth of a project this past week at 1M in Glendale. 🧐📈 It only took 8 months to clean it out and get it listed. No matter how crazy of a project this was, the important thing was is that I had fun putting it all together, I had faith it would work out and it was the Experience of a lifetime. I’m ready to flip a few of my own soon enough! Stay tuned for this next year!!! 📺
