From our family to yours, we hope everyone is staying healthy and safe in these pressing times. Millions of lives have been upended this past week, and things may be far from over. Keep things in perspective and focus on what matters most.

Talks are ongoing with lenders, contractors, and all stakeholders associated with our projects and portfolio risks. We will provide additional updates as they become available.

In the meantime, we suggest you take the following actions:

1.Speak to your mortgage companies and lenders. Many of the major lenders are working on various measures to provide assistance to those facing financial hardships. This includes credit card companies as well.

2. If applicable, check the government's Small Business Association's site to be considered for a SBA Disaster Loan. These may be available to those needing to make payroll, handle accounts receivable, etc.
