🚨 BREA UPDATE! 📦🚐

Amazon’s DJT4 Last Mile Parcel Delivery Facility at 275 Valencia Avenue is moving forward, with construction reportedly scheduled to begin August 24, 2026, and completion anticipated in Q4 2027. 👀👷🏻‍♂️👷🏻‍♀️🚧

The project will bring a new 181,500-square-foot Amazon delivery facility to Brea and with it, residents can expect increased construction activity during the buildout, followed by significant delivery-van and truck traffic once Amazon begins operations. 🚚🚚🚚

So... What will this mean for Brea? 🤔
