Here’s what’s interesting: The Summit County real estate market continues to reward well-positioned properties. Through the first quarter of 2026, total transaction volume reached over $412 million across 307 closings, with average residential price coming in at $1.61 million. Breckenridge led the county in dollar volume and high-end activity stayed strong, with 66 properties selling above $1 million in March alone.
