Slifer Smith & Frampton - Summit County

10/22/2026

Last week, we joined local businesses and community members at the Silverthorne Pavilion for the Best of Summit Awards — a wonderful evening celebrating the people and businesses that make Summit County so special. 🏔️✨

We were incredibly proud to be recognized as Summit County’s favorite real estate company for the 10th year! 🏆

This milestone wouldn’t be possible without our dedicated brokers, talented team members, and, most importantly, the continued support of our community.

Thank you, Summit County, for choosing us year after year. We’re proud to be from here, for here. 💛

Our End of Summer Staff Appreciation Day didn’t exactly go according to plan, but that’s what made it memorable! 🍂

We had our sights set on a day of leaf peeping, but Mother Nature had other plans. Instead, Team Thunder and Team Snow battled it out at Downstairs at Eric’s with skeeball, basketball, and some highly competitive Mario Kart races.

Afterward, we headed to Carboy Winery to enjoy appetizers, good conversation, and time together outside of the office.
Our staff are the backbone of this company, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything they do to support our brokers, and clients every day. Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and the positive energy you bring to SSF.

Here’s to a great summer and an even better season ahead!
