Prices ticked up last month, buyers are finding a little more room to negotiate, and lower interest rates are bringing people back into the market. Heading into the busy season, the outlook for Summit County real estate feels optimistic.

The Type II STR Waitlist application form will open on Tuesday, July 22nd at 8:00am MT for both the Lower Blue and Upper Blue Basins.
