✨Just Sold In Elyria✨ I helped my client purchase this home in December of 2023 for $178,000. Life circumstances changed for her and she quickly realized that home ownership was not practical. Because of the popular area of purchase, I was able to help her get the property on the market and under contract in less than a week. Only a year and half later and the property easily appraised for the sales price of $220,000. Also, helping to add higher property values in the area.
