This closing feels extra special! Representing an out-of-state seller came with a few unexpected twists on this one. After our first deal fell through due to hailstorm damage, we had to regroup, get the necessary repairs completed, and keep moving forward.

While the repairs were underway, we were able to find an off-market buyer, and today we officially made it across the finish line! 🙌🏽🔑

This journey took time, faith, patience, and perseverance, but we got it DONE! 💪🏽❤️ I’m so happy for her and excited that she can finally close this chapter and move forward into the next one.
