Brecksville Ohio - there is a quaint little church Chippewa Rd where Weise Rd splits off. It is in a residential area, but could be used as a funeral home, little theatre, dance studio, spa. Or as a church!! It is zoned residential, so a new owner would need to get the zoning changed unless the new owners are a religious organization. Its easy to show so give me a call. My newest listing is in Benjamin Farms, Brunswick Ohio. A 20 year old community of sidewalks and mature trees, cul de sac layouts and well kept homes. Close enough to both Cleveland and Akron, but on the edge of Medina County. This 4 bedroom colonial has great updates like hardwood floors throughout the main level, and new kitchen with white Kraftmaid cabinets, soft close drawers, granite, stainless, breakfast bar island. Pat was an amazing realtor! I would definitely recommend her to anyone! We were moving from across the state and she was very accommodating. She was/is always available by phone or text, no matter the time! She takes care of everything quickly... we bought a house in a weekend!! She is very kind and caring and we will definitely be using her again down the road if we move again!!

Getting ready to put this really nice 4 bedroom colonial in Brecksville on the market. Its a typical 1960's architecture but the owners have really made it their own with lovely landscaping, a screened in porch overlooking the back yard, and knock your eye out crown molding. The spring market is beginning!
