Looking back at the last couple of weeks today. This listing went Pending in just 2 days! It was such a beautiful home! The previous homeowner took a lot of pride in pouring in their creativity in all the little details.
The full wall of two-toned tiles for the kitchen backsplash immediately get your attention! They add so much color to the space and have these stunning aqua and green tones that pull in the ocean.
Then in the bedrooms, she created an accent wall with beautiful wallpaper. Then pulled a color from the patterns to color drenched the rest of the rooms to match.
Congratulations Kim Coletti and Julie Meyers on a successful listing!
