Well its official!! Our studio pictured here is on the market at midnight tonight. $59,999. Its commercially zoned and can used as an Air BnB or VRBO to pay for itself. And..... We agreed on a price tonight for another 2 bedroom. We are buying unit J in our other complex so we'll be have 2 units together. Units E&J. Now we'll only be allowed to drink Brandy there.

We're about to list the Studio for sale to buy another unit in Pacific Surf. My plan is to keep on chugging and buy every unit in there that comes up for sale. Dealing with only 1 HOA is the main reason.

Coming up on our one year Anniversary of being in bitness!! Both Condos are renting with good frequency. Waiting for the market to wake up in Ocean Shores before we get a 3rd unit. Let us know if you'd like rent one.

Just a little update. Both units are renting out very well. I wanted a year with both units renting out on AirBNB and VRBO to see how profitable it is. Looks like more then likely Ill be acquiring a 1 bedroom at the oceanfront condos after the beginning of the year. Once they are paid off in less than 5 years itll take a year or less to pay off new units using income from them all. Ill post when we get the new unit!! Thanks for your support.

Today we Closed on the Studio in Surfview Condominiums at 757 Ocean Ct. #21. Look for us on Air BnB and VRBO by the end of this month. Also we close on the 2 Bedroom in Pacific Surf Condos at 759 Ocean shores Blvd. next friday. It should also be in rotation online by the end of the month.

Today was final inspection and walk through on the new 2 Bedroom Condo. After negotiations they have accepted our final offer. Closing in a few weeks. Here at Smart Moves we'd like to thank all of you for your continued support and well wishes. Pretty soon they'll be ready to rent so keep in touch because its first come, first serve. Smart Moves dont accidentally happen.

1st inspection on another Condo in Ocean Shores next week. 2 bedroom this time thats right on the ocean. Almost positive were getting it. Also looking into partnering on a flip house with my boy from Iron Sharpens Iron in east bremerton on Sunday. If youre not running you're standing still. Write your own future.
