Kitsap Business Center has several offices available and features shared conference rooms and a kitchenette, with suite sizes ranging from approximately 130–240 square feet, all offered at below-commercial market rates for the area. With the Nimitz back in town, parking is going to get even trickier around the downtown core. Now is a great time to secure a reliable parking option for 2026 before the market pushes prices up again.

We currently have a few options available:

1. Kitsap Business Center (Commercial Leasing Opportunity)
For businesses or professionals looking for a longer-term solution, Kitsap Business Center offers affordable commercial office space with on-site surface parking. Parking is available in conjunction with a lease, making this a great option for storage, business use, or a quiet place to reset during the workday. The property is access-controlled and secure, and remains some of the most cost-effective commercial space in town.

2. 656 5th Street Lot (next to Impark / Fireside Church)
We are offering one or two additional monthly parking passes at $165/month. First-come, first-served (unreserved).

3. Marina Square Garages
Just a few blocks from the ferry terminal and Farragut Gate, with limited reserved stalls available on the access-controlled 3rd floor, as well as unreserved monthly passes throughout the garage. Clean, secure, and climate controlled.

Reminder that parking is free on Marina Square levels 1 & 2 from 1:00 AM–6:00 PM on Mondays and Tuesdays while the federal government shutdown continues.

At entry, the system will still issue a ticket or prompt for a phone number or card; this just opens your session. When you exit, your total will be $0. Simply scan the paper ticket/receipt or use the same phone number or card you used to enter.

Temporary Parking Update – Complimentary Mondays & Tuesdays

In support of the shipyard community and others impacted by the current government shutdown, the team at Elevated Property Services (EPS) has made the decision to make daily parking complimentary on Mondays and Tuesdays at our Marina Square garages while the shutdown remains in effect.

Free parking will be available in Levels 1 and 2 of our garages between 4:00 AM and 6:00 PM. After 6:00 PM, standard hourly parking rates will resume.
The garages can be accessed at the gates indicated below

Important:
Level 2 includes stalls reserved exclusively for Port of Bremerton tenants. These spaces are painted blue and marked “Port.”
Even if the garage appears full, please do not park in these reserved stalls.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and cooperation as we do our part to support our local workforce during this time.

Better shade and a nicer lot than what's on offer nearby, now at a better price too. Just a few blocks to the ferry terminal or PSNS shipyard. Safe lots that are walked and cleaned daily. Hope to see you there.
