This dynamic ensemble of Seattle’s top musicians celebrates the region’s rich musical history, from the groundbreaking rock of Nirvana and The Sonics to the timeless grooves of Ray Charles, Quincy Jones, and Ernestine Anderson. The band also honors D’Vonne’s grandfather, the renowned Seattle organist Dave Lewis, bringing a personal touch to their impactful performances. Featuring D’Vonne Lewis on drums, Josh Rawlings on keys, Dean Schmidt on bass, and the soulful vocals of Ayesha Brooks (“The Voice”), NW D’Lux delivers a vibrant, genre-spanning show that’s equal parts homage and high-energy celebration.
