Thank you Kitsap Sun for sharing the progress of our 27-unit mixed-use project in downtown Poulsbo. We are excited to be adding more homes and retail spaces to a growing community like Poulsbo.

Our team, along with The BJC Group, Inc. and Balance Architects, has worked hard to ensure that we are bringing positive change to the city. This includes everything from our architectural design, which pays tribute to the long standing history of this Scandinavian town, to the care we took to ensure minimal disruption to nearby greenery and wildlife like the our neighboring tree that houses multiple herons. We truly believe that Vanaheimr Apartments will be a wonderful addition to our charming downtown.

A large construction project at the south end of Poulsbo's downtown will bring 27 new apartments just up from the marina. See link below ⬇️
